Well here is the beginign design stages of my Neverland area. Its all very rough, but it has been alot of fun to try and create a space with as much of the feel of neverland as possible. I am working on some event ideas that will help make this area a whole new experience for festival guests like late night revels, a Never bird hunt and a Lost boys dream tree. The stage will be the Jollyroger at dock, with a real poop deck and I am hoping a candy cannon as well. There is a lot to do between now and the end of July. so I better get crackin, luckily I have a lot of great friends helping with this project. phottos from our building days will hopefully b eup very very soon.
Practical comment - with the tree right behind the stage like that, will there be pedestrian issues? Meaning, will people trip over cords and wires and such going "behind stage"? You'll have to make sure that there's clear passage on that side.
ReplyDeleteah yes the stage will be moved over, so there is full access to the tree. One of th ebest bits about goin to the site was seeing some of the natural stuff already there we can use!! Im very excited!!
